We are so convinced of the quality and easy installation of our products that we will simply send you a replacement in case of an incorrect installation - no questions asked.
Screen protector
Eiger screen protectors optimally protect the display of your device from impacts and scratches. However, they are not indestructible and will break if subjected to greater forces. The goal of our screen protectors is to protect the display of your device by absorbing and deflecting the force of shocks or impacts. This can cause the screen protector to break while the display of your smartphone remains intact. Your Eiger screen protector is covered by a warranty that is valid from the date of purchase. The warranty only applies to manufacturing and processing defects.
Cases
Eiger cases protect the frame and back of your device and although cases such as North & Peak offer excellent protection, they are not designed to withstand extreme force or pressure. Even here, if the case breaks in a shock or drop and the device remains intact, then the case has served its purpose of protecting the device.

What does the Eiger warranty not cover?
Only manufacturing and processing defects are covered by the Eiger warranty. It does not cover intentional or accidental damage to your products. Eiger is not liable for indirect or accidental damage or consequential damage resulting from the use of our products. Eiger is also not liable for the cost of replacing or repairing an electronic device. Eiger glass is very strong but not indestructible and will break if subjected to extreme forces or pressure. The glass is designed to absorb the force of an impact and break if the impact is too strong to protect your screen.
MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you wish to make a warranty claim within the above warranty periods, please contact our customer service team at info@eigerprotection.ch. You must provide proof of purchase and a picture of the item in question. All defective items covered by the limited warranty will be replaced free of charge.
